This Privacy Policy describes how the Travel Expense app ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the app's features, we collect and store the following:

• Account information: your email address and display name, used to create and secure your account.
• App data you enter: tour expenses, daily service reports (DSR), local conveyance entries, bills/receipts you upload, and your company profile (logo and header name).
• Uploaded images: bill/receipt images you choose to add, used to generate your reports.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To let you sign in and keep your data synced across devices.
• To generate Excel, PDF and Word reports from the data you enter.
• To read amount, date and description from bill images using AI, so fields can be auto-filled.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Each user can access only their own data. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase — authentication and database. See Google's privacy policy at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
• OpenAI — bill images may be sent to OpenAI's API only to read text (amount/date/description) for auto-fill. See OpenAI's privacy policy.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data remains stored while your account is active. You can delete individual entries and bills from within the app. To delete your entire account and associated data, contact us at the email below.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security provided by Google Firebase. Access to your data requires authentication and is restricted to your own account.

7. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for business/professional use and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
